• Undiagnosed Scrotal Swellings
• Previous reversal of vasectomy
• Warfarin / Clopidrogel / NOAC
• Anxiety
• Communication Difficulty

Known Complications
• Bruising / Bleeding / Haematoma
• Wound Infection
• Post-Operative Pain
• Failure <1:2000
• Chronic Testicular Pain

Semen Analysis
• 16 weeks+
• Reliable contraceptive needed until test negative
• Patients given printed instructions
